• An annual Convention at the Gold Coast Convention Centre 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. Abacus supplies installs, sets ups and packs down over 220 computers (including 2 servers), 110 printers, 4 photocopiers and provide full help desk & on-site support for the duration of the conference. All are connected via LAN cable or Wi-Fi, throughout the convention centre floor.

•  National championships 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 held in Cottesloe WA, Coolangatta, and Sunshine Coast. Abacus supplies installs, sets up and packs down computers, photocopiers and network infrastructure for their annual national championships. All with the added issues of setting up in a beach environment

• G20 Treasury & Health – Melbourne Sofitel 2014

Abacus supplied, installed & set up 52 computers, 1 printer and 4 copiers as well as all network cabling for this event. Full on-site support & help desk support provided for the duration of the event.

• A government department 2010,2011,2012,2013,2014,2015 and 2016

Rents annually 900 Desktops, 200 notebooks, 260 iPads and over 70 Printers every year for the last 4 years; We set up 300 all in one PC’s at one location within a 1 day period. Also provided pack up for same. This was carried out at their Homebush pavilion location.

• Transfield Services Ltd -and subsidiaries such as Broad-spectrum - Easternwell -Allwater -Abacus supplies IT equipment as required for projects and joint venture sites under different cost centres across the country. We supply laptops and desktop computers running their own image as well as document scanners-Printers -Copiers- IPads and Audio Visual equipment.

• A large Art Exhibitaion 2013, 2014.2015, supply, install, setup and pack down of computers and a multifunction photocopier twice annually, for their art exhibitions on beachs around Australia.

• Ozaccom Group – Abacus supplies installs, sets up and packs down all computers and printers for the registration desk technology for the Australian Dentist Association and IGA annual conferences;

• Corporate Sports Australia – Abacus supplies, installs, setups and packs down IT equipment, for large sporting events including the annual City to Surf competitions with 40,000+ participants;

• International AIDS Society – Supplies Installs, setups and packs down computers, photocopies, printers, and VOIP telephones for the organizations Australian office.

• Victorian Electoral Commission – supply of large numbers of IT equipment during the last two Victorian State elections

Our Quality Assurance Procedure safe-guards against equipment breakdown. However on the odd event of equipment failure, free technical support during your rental is given via 1300 55 24 24 from 6.30am to 7.00pm (EST) and 8.30am to 5.30pm (WST). Faulty equipment is swapped immediately.
